Our waiter was Hassan. He and the manager saved our experience from a one star review. The food today just was not exceptional and a fly stalked us the entire meal, but I we've been here many times and had perfectly good meals. Willing to give it another go in the future.
Waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged by a server as three walked passed us multiple times. Finally was able to put our order in drinks appetizer and entree as it took so long. Ordered the chicken nachos dry and stale chips not good at all. I had the bbq chicken salad which had soggy tomatoes dried and burnt chicken and no dressing. Waste of time and money.
I've been to many different TGI Fridays before, but the service at this particular restaurant was truly amazing! The establishment is clean and lively. When I called in my lunch order to go the woman who answered the phone was super friendly we had a quit chat and then when my order was complete she told me to go to Stephanie at the bar to pick up my order. When I got there, Stephanie greeted me as if she'd known me my whole life. Everything I ordered to eat was perfectly made and it was delicious. The other staff greeted me as I walked by as well! Super friendly place. I was really impressed!
Ordered to go several times, each time someone's order is always messed up. Have informed General manager but seems nothing is done and same keeps repeating. We pay gor rhe food ask gor extra sauce and not only don't get exrra sauce but come dry. Ordered Jack daniels chickrn wings. Therr was no sauce on it but 1 small on side with extra ranch n bluecheese dressings to dip in. So save the trouble Jusy don't order to go from Bridgewater TGIF.
This Fridays is a place where you always know what you are getting. Anything with Jack Daniels works out well. Typically, a lively atmosphere with many TVs showing sporting events. A definite place to go with friends or family and have a great time. Leave the drama at home.
