The new queso dip at Chipotle is utterly disgusting to say the least. We, as consumers, wait all these years for what----nothing? A cheap milked down version of queso dip that cost $4 just so you can boost your revenue says. Food is also below Par at this location. Save your money and go to Shake Shake across the street. At least their food is good.

Today was the last straw with Chipotle, every other take out order we have gotten has been somewhat wrong but you can deal with it cause the foods ok. But today the food was cold, as if it was pulled out of the fridge from Saturday night. And the chips how do you mess that up they were stale and old. PEOPLE PULL THE FOOD OUT OF THE BAG AT THE REGISTER AND TASTE IT IN FRONT OF THEM!! Even before you pay them they're happy to take your money. They need to tighten up!! I'm done with the lackluster customer service, officially never going back!
First off, I wanna say that I have no complaints about the staff. All of them are amazing and try their best to deal with the madhouse that is their store. With that said, the one star rating is for the tinier and tinier portions that customers have been getting. I pay $11 something for something that is not even worth it anymore. Please chipotle, address this issue!
This location get packed fast and the staff has a tough time keeping up the pace. Not their fault, seems like they could use some more workers. The pace effects the food, the food effects the experience. Etc.
