The service here blew my mind. Our server went above and beyond to make our experience a wonderful one and she pulled through. All food was served when ready and very yummy! I also couldn't believe that each person of the "Marco's Meal" was given another full meal to take home. The chocolate cake dessert was HUGE too! Super impressed.
We were attended my friend's baby party. Food was ok, but they were so cheap on food. Never bring enough food for a table of ten people. When you asked for more, they said their food are freshly made. We have to wait another 30 minutes and then they only bring out 1/2 a plate( some table they never get it). For the dessert, 2 slices of cheesecakes for 10 people to share. Really!!! My friend should ask for discount for the party.
I made a dinner reservation for a birthday hours in advance. In the reservation I gave specific details about when we would arrive, and that I wanted to surprise my guest with a cheesecake for dessert. Also, I made it clear that I wanted a candle in the dessert and for the servers to sing. Unfortunately when we arrived, on time, we waited over 20 minutes to be seated. That's not the bad part though. They forgot the dessert for my guest's birthday! I mean the staff completely forgot it! Meanwhile, all around the dinning room, people's birthdays were being celebrated and recognized by the Maggiano's staff. I hoped that this restaurant would complete the night for my guest and I as we celebrated the birthday, unfortunately, Maggiano's did not do that. I was very disappointed in their lack of communication, reservation management and their inconsideration. Birthdays only come once a year.
I just celebrated my birthday with my cousins today ... our waiter Tiffany was on point with everything. Very patient with us and our food came out at a reasonable time and everything tasted so good. The Brunch menu is great by the way. I'llmost definitely be back.
Maggiano's is always a great place to eat, with a wonderful atmosphere and decor. If you have a large enough party, doing family-style dining is a must.
