I went there on a Sunday for brunch aroung 1 PM. There were only 6 tables in the restaurant but it still took about 10 minutes for our waitress to come over and immediately I knew the service would suck because of her lack-luster greeting...........and I was correct. She barely attended to us and most of her answers to our questions were "No" or "I don't know". the Waffles were good but my husband's Death by Pork item was terrible and cold.. He was so disappointed and I had to hear, "We should have gone to Cheesecake Factory" the rest of the day (although we stopped going there too because of crappy service!!). So now we are left with Redstone as our restaurant in Bridgewater --- I hope their service doesn't go downhill too. McCormick & Schmick's is definitely off my list of restaurants. Had bad service in Bridgewater, NJ and Atlanta, GA locations---- so never again!
I got to say this place has great choices of food such as the Calamari and the desert is lovely, but what makes this place worth coming back to is the atmosphere. The staff is wonderful and professional, especially the manager named Carl. I never see any manager works so hard and very pleasant with his excellent customer service and this is saying a lot coming from me because in retail over 20 years and seen poor service. Thanks Carl and staff for being amazing and accommodating.
So far I've only had wine and shrimp cocktail but will be back. Menu looks awesome and great atmosphere if you want to get away from the crowd.
I asked for manager and explained nicely and she had no response. Just a mesmerized look.
Ribeye was very fatty and rare (supposed to be medium). The manager only offered to take off a drink from the check?!?!Other person in my party had the Kobe burger that was rare instead of medium. The manager was supposed to come back and never did.
More service staff then customers and yet we didn't get offered service after 10 minutes until I asked hostess.
