Very disappointed. The staff knows nothing of their products. More training needed. And a staff is very rude when my baby cried. A waste of my time. Very bad experience.
The customer service is amazing here. This store also has really good walk in service too. I have had to come in twice to fix my laptop, I was out the door in less than 30 minutes.
Very poor customer service. The management is very rude and smug. We had an insurance policy on a broken laptop. They said they could not fix it but we could get store credit. Literally nothing in the store was within our budget and we were told we couldn't use the store credit online. Management did not care. Awful policy and awful service.
I’m very disappointed with the service. The employees were very nice and attentive but my surface pro dies on me and the technician made an attempt to see if he could help but ultimately said that I need to find a data recovery service as they didn’t do that! I feel they should be able to help with this type of thing as apple does this! After this experiment I need to switch to Apple products. With electronics I feel the company should be able to help you with all issues that could occur with their products.
Microsoft support advised me to bring my computer in to restore Windows 10 at no cost. They forgot the $50 for backup which the store wouldn't wave (long story). Manager (Lindsay (sp?) threatened me, a 73 year old woman, with calling security because I supposedly physically threatened her when all I did was threaten Microsoft with a lawsuit. It took the technician 30 minutes to print out a receipt. I would never recommend this store. They need upgrades in their personnel.
