This last time I was there for a online order pickup. They made me wait for over half hour while they searched for my order. They couldn't find it and there was no ownership from the manager to even make an eye contact with me. They couldn't replace my lost item or didn't compensate me. The customer service agent talked as if she was doing a favor by processing a refund. They could have easily compensated me by giving me an alternate item.... But guess what, they are not Amazon!
Terrible. I went to the store to buy a printer from an emailed ad. they didn't have it which is understandable it was black Friday and s good deal. I paid up front and they were going to ship it to the store. clerk said they would email me when it arrived, that went great.
The customer service is what it needs to be so pretty satisfactory. Also whatever electronic you're looking for they will have it, and if not they can order it online for you for delivery or in-store pickup once the item is ready for you. Overall great electronics store!
I was told it arrived and sat for 5 days then my order was cancelled and to be refunded in person. they sent me a confirmation of order email why no confirmation of arrival? they have my number on file, why couldn't they call me? do they not want my money? rather than hold someone accountable or get the item I need I said no thank you and kept my money. not giving their incompetence anymore of my hard earned pay
The service here is great! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and feel welcomed. It's very easy to find your way around and the always have the things you need! Overall I would give Best Buy in Bridgewater Falls, Fairfield Township, OH a 5 star rating.
Best Buy is only around because there is no competition. Every time I come here, I promise never to return again, because the service is terrible.
I've bought two computers from here and many computer parts. The staff is very knowledgeable about computers and the products they sell. I've also used the pick up at store option when I bought things online and it went great they had the stuff ready In less than an hour . Great place
then 2 weeks pass only 1 email came saying it was pending. I figured I'd go to the store and get answers. I waited in line at customer service with 1 teller while 6 people in the cash out area stood with their hands in their pockets. then customer service said go to order pick up ....cant he see if something arrives?
