The employees here don't want to help you at all. Take your money elsewhere. Walked by this women three times and she completely ignored us even though the store was empty. We tried to ask her a question and she seemed like they was too busy to help us.
If I could give less than one star I would. This has been a nightmare from systems down and trying to make payment. To delivery of a discontinued item sales person chose to never follow up with me on. To accepting a floor model which turned into a delivery circus. Hence the current problem of tryi g to receive the credit I was promised a month later. Be aware raymour and flanigan chooses to empower the store and has no upper corporate management to get help from. They have lost a customer for a life time and don't seem to care
Frank Atanasio, the consultant, took the time to show me the furnishings I was interested in. He was friendly and patient, and answered my questions. He introduced to the manager before I left.
We bought a couch and bed frame with Addie, she was great! She didn't really pressure us much and got us a pretty good deal too. We stopped in over the weekend to look at the couch a second time but still needed some time to think about it so she invited us back in Wednesday for a special sale. The process did take a while, but she kept us laughing and entertained the whole time. And to top it off the furniture will be delivered in few days, can't beat that!
