Affordable, great quality products and excellent customer service
Purchased a couch here and thought I was getting a deal. It wasn't until we were going to swipe our card that the sales person told us that we couldn't purchase the extended coverage on the couch and I should have taken this a red flag and run in the opposite direction. The couch is having issues at the 6 month point and they are conveniently not willing to lift a finger because everything is final sale.
Beautiful furniture and decorations. Friendly helpful staff. They offer additional warranty for a additonal price.
The couch is sagging and lumpier than the original Raymour & Flanagan couch that we purchased this one to replace, and that went 9.5 years before getting that saggy and lumpy.
I made the mistake of thinking that it is a Raymour & Flanigan couch so it would have some level of quality and integrity if they were willing to put their name on it.
I guess you can file these guys under the list of companies that chose to lower quality to increase profit margins and don't care about their companies name.
Poorly run business. Took 4 weeks for them to realize they never even ordered the couch I asked for.
WRONG.
I have purchased over a dozen item here in the last 10 years. Deliver was expensive and took too long, otherwise I was pleased until recently. Rocker/recliner I purchased 6 months ago ha been "fixed" but there is still problem. They will come back in 2 weeks to fix again but they will not exchange or replace. For the last 3 months I have been trying to get this fixed
