The lady at the front desk was the rudest lady I've ever met. Rolled her eyes at me and scoffed because I came back for a follow up appointment (after a head injury) and they had me wait almost half an hour after my appointment and I had a lecture to get to. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting. Even from behind the desk she was giving me dirty looks as I waited. If you don't like your job don't take it out on me or anyone else waiting to be seen.
Great service overall, decent wait time which is always understandable. Very knowledgeable staff.
The woman at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The Doctor looked at me for 2 minutes. He said give it more time and no antibiotics. He did not say a word about my high blood pressure. He had a could care less attitude. I will not go back!
These people are RUDE the women at the front desk was. Wet RUDE very lucky I did get her name. She did not inform me of anything she just let me think what ever! I walked to use the bathroom and came back she told me I can't come back I left! Well how the hell am I suppose to know!!! Mind you I asked this women where the damn bathroom was so she didn't pay it no mind because she has bad communication and let me walk out to use the bathroom. You guys need to work better on your customer service or close down this building. Very rude and nasty! if your employees don't want their jobs than fire them and rehire to people who want their job! That's what's wrong with this world bad communication and working in the health field your suppose to have amazing communication which she did not have, she needs to go back to her communication class in college and retake that course! She was very RUDE
Avoid this place at all cost. They practice in false billing and coding to get more money out of you through your insurance. They are listed as urgent care but will bill and code as a primary care visit and end up sticking you with a large bill that they know insurance won't cover. Insurance can't do anything about their fraud billing and you are caught in the crossfire. If this has happened to anyone else, contact me as I'm preparing a lawsuit.
