Dr.Abtutyn did a repair on my partner's shoulder. She is very tiny and he did a fantastic job. He explained everything in detail before and after and never made us feel foolish for asking questions. He is a meticulous and skilled surgeon.
Dr. David Abrutyn is an excellent surgeon whom I've already referred others with shoulder issues to. He's a nice guy with an excellent bedside manner who told me exactly what to expect after detailing my injury and explaining my prognosis. His positive nature was very reassuring and that's what I've taken into my recovery. At 6 months, I'm well on my way back to normalcy.
I do not recommend this place. I arrived ten minutes late for an appointment that was scheduled at 11:40 am. The individual behind the desk told me right away that the doctor could not see me because it was almost lunch time. As a patient, I always have to wait, and I wait patiently for more than 10 minutes many times. It seems that the only time that has value is doctor’s time. I think is lack of consideration and empathy of some professionals who think that their time is more valueble and important than the time of people who pay for their services.

Good bed side manner. However very slow at getting paper work filled out if you are in Short Term Disability took w weeks after dropping paperwork off. Rough for people that really need their income especially since mine is during the holiday season. Over all a good doctor.
Seems really passionate and wants your success.... He does all the repairs for a triple A baseball team which is very delicate!
