I injured my wrist at home and went to the emergency room and an orthopedic doctor who were unsure of what was going on and did not help me. Hello, I had broken the tip of my index finger and had gone to a local clinic. They had stiched up my finger, giving me a "no garrantee of the finger surviving" due to the severity of the damage. also my bone was not attached. I ended up going to Dr Boretz as a second opinion, he said. Your finger will be ok, this finger needs a nail repair for proper growth and the reattachment of the bone. Once he reopened the wound, he reattached the broken bone to the finger, but the craziest part Is that he found paint particles from the accident that the previous doctor failed to see and closed up in the finger. (A great possibility of antibody rejection and infection). Dr Boretz, you're the best. You saw the xrays, you set up a game plan and i felt very comfortable with your explanation. Thank You, From the beginning you said, your finger will be ok. I would of lost my finger if it wasn't for you.
i call twice trying to make an apt and i was hang up, imagine if i had a procedure and i was in pain. he is probably a good doctor too bad i will never find out and i can't give a good review just bc of his office staff
