This Macy's is a horrible and racists store worst store experience I've had I had it at this particular Macy's
I love shopping at Macy's Bridgewater. I always find great items at fantastic prices!
One person spoke english in the whole dept. And they didn't have what I was looking for
I registered with Macy's for my bridal shower. I also was interested in using them for men's suits for the wedding. After working with an employee in picking out suit styles, I had questions regarding options and pricing. My emails weren't answered and so I went with a different option. I also received a star rewards card after the shower. There was some confusion regarding the expiration date. I contacted the employee who set up my registry and was directed to someone else who has taken over that position. I have emailed and have not heard back and now have a useless rewards card and no answers. Over all I've had a surprisingly unhelpful experience and would not recommend using Macy's in Bridgewater for bridal needs.
People who shop in Macy's should have their credit card out and should know whether or not the coupon Works instead of keep insisting that it's supposed to work and all standing in line for 25 minutes what a waste of time. Seriously the cashier is too nice she just needs to stop that
