They sold me a $200+ watch that was supposed to be brand new. When I got home and opened the package I noticed that the watch had been noticeably used. There were scratches on the face, the tag had been worn off, and the leather was worn, bent, with buckle holes that were enlarged from clear usage. I tried to exchange it the next day but apparently they don't carry that watch anymore, forcing me to drive to another Bloomingdale's. I expected better from Bloomingdale's. Be careful of what you purchase here. Always make sure you open your items before you leave the store or you'll go home with a worn and used watch like I did.
High quality items for a high quality store at high quality prices. Staff was a little bland on the friendliness aspect of my shopping trip, but never rude. 3 floors and lots to choose from.

Really helpful staff in men's department. No pressure. Clean. Selection is sort of on the conservative side. They don't have certain brands that I know Bloomingdales should have. The men's cologne selection is top notch.
I would give Bridgewater Bloomingdales negative stars if possible. I am a regular shopper of Bloomingdales, black card holder even - however after many mishaps at the mens dept. of this location, I will never be returning. I won't go in to the numerous issues I've had in the past, but the most recent occurred on Dec. 22nd in the men's suit dept. Tall, bald, young associate was working this day - UNFORTUNATELY - as I've had much better help in the past. I walked in around 11 AM. The dept. was empty - I asked for some help matching a complicated pin stripe suit with a shirt and tie. First he had no style consistency and just automatically pointed me to a Burberry tie. Fine - he wanted to get the most bang for his buck. Then I had to try multiple shirts on - which I've done repeatedly over the last 15 years of shopping at numerous locations. I had maybe 5 opened shirts in the fitting room - none worked. I told him I apologize but I left a mess in the fitting room. Clearly annoyed, he stormed off to check the fitting room and came back to me and said, "I'm sorry, I can't allow you to open up any more shirts!" and walked away! Had I not been with my child, I would have told him off. I've never been told that there was a certain amount of shirts that can / can't be tried on. This guy's attitude was one of the worst I've seen at a store in a very long time. Hopefully, he was a seasonal employee and will be gone or else the reputation will continue to deteriorate for this location. NEVER AGAIN!
