Used to shop here when they had sales, and I'd glance in but never see anything really attractive in here. Lately they've been having *actual* sales, no B3G1 30% gimmick. Glad to have a reason to come back!
I love PacSun stores but I hate the service at this location. When I was trying to return something, the store manager was whispering in front of my face to one of her employees and when I asked her if there was a problem she replied, "we prefer you to return online purchases by delivery." I told her that the website said I can do in-store returns for online purchases and she was extremely rude and snotty. I haven't shopped at this location in a few months now because the staff is just horrible and very unhelpful. I would much rather purchase online or go to the other stores they have at Bridgewater Mall.
I like to buy at this store but the service was awful, a girl that was "helping us" check out had a really bad attitude

It's hard to pin point the issue with shopping here but I believe it's the prices in correlation with the brands / quality. I think the dude who was working there was getting paid to push the store brand. The store is organized but was not laid out in way that's easy to browse.
