This is one amazing organization. I had an appointment for recall service. "My service advisor Chad Renniger", not only just take care of the car, but make sure overall experience is just amazing. Right from check in, and discussing overall health of the vehicle, and making sure coffee station has what I need while I wait. And then after the service is done, if any follow up needed. Always smiling. He always put customer at the center of everything he does.
About three weeks ago, I was in a bad accident and totaled my car. I came in to BMW of Bridgewater to check out the new 2018 X3s and hopefully walk out with a new truck. I was warmly greeted by Justin O. who took the time to sit with me and understand my needs and expectations for my new car. We took a test drive where he explained in detail all the new incredible safety features the X3 possessed as he knew I was pretty traumatized from my accident and safety was of the utmost importance to me. Afterwards we sat and discussed financing options. Never at any point did I feel pressured to buy. Justin made my entire experience pleasurable, quick and informative. After all the paperwork was signed, Justin introduced me to Danielle who walked me through all the bells and whistles of the truck. She even offered her cell number in case I had any questions down the line. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service I experienced here. Had a great experience purchasing my new BMW. My salesperson Carmine was knowledgeable, helpful, easy going and responsive to my questions about the car. He was not pushy at all and made buying my new X3 a great experience. I was happy with my sales team as well. Wonderful experience purchasing my first and definitely not my last BMW. My salesperson Manjula was very welcoming and easy to get along with as well answered all my questions easily, not pushy by any means, and quite honestly got me in a car that I really have to say I am ecstatic to own and drive. She even made sure we got home safe a very warm and welcoming environment that is a welcome change in the purchasing of a vehicle.
