Paola Ducuara-Lopez is the best! My boyfriend, Gabe, came into this dealership from another Honda dealership in Edison. He was looking to get his window repaired. Paola was the biggest help ever! She welcomed him with the greatest smile and she has such a beautiful personality. She is the definition of customer service! Because of her, he was able to have his window replaced at such an affordable price. Scott, along with the other mechanics were super helpful as well. They even went above and beyond to fully vacuum and wash his car. He couldn't have been any happier! So thankful that people like Paola and the mechanics are willing to go the extra mile for their customers here at Autosport. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS ask for Paola, it doesn't get ANY better than her!
My husband and I recently picked up our 2018 Honda Accord from Autosport Honda. This was our first time buying a new car, and we had a great experience with our salesman, Gerard. When we went in to test drive, we let him know as soon as we walked in that we weren't planning on buying that day. He was happy to show us the car, was not pushy at all, and didn't pressure us to buy that day - which we really appreciated after having been pressured by multiple other salesmen at other dealerships.
I feel like he went the extra mile for me and wanted to make up for that other Honda dealer.
