My wife and I have tried to remove my contact information from their systems on multiple occasions. She drives the vehicle, she schedules the service appointments and she brings in the vehicle. I receive the service reminders and the follow-up "how did we do" calls and emails. Despite her asking them again to correct the information when scheduling the most recent appointment and again when bringing the vehicle in, the invoice had my name and phone numbers for cell and work. Lucky me, I even received the email inviting me to write this review. Oh, and at the bottom of the email asking me to write this review was a link to unsubscribe - it had an invalid address.
Had a great experience returning my lease and being set up with a new car. Tina, Kaz, and John were great and very easy to work with. They helped me get into a new car quickly and provided the best deal possible. Overall a great experience.
I want to say thank you to the staff at Bridgewater Acura who helped me with my first car purchase! Murad Stokes was an awesome Sales Associate who helped us through the entire process. We also met with Danny, the sales manager to negotiate a deal on the price of the car. They were very straightforward with everything and met us at a price we were happy with. Lastly, Ryan was the business manager who was a huge help in laying everything out as far as financing options in a very informative way. I even got some free credit advice! Overall the experience was great, I was able to come in, test drive a vehicle, and drive away with it freshly detailed within a few hours. I definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking.
I called ahead to say I had a small window of time to test drive a car I’d found online. Tina was accommodating and kind—they had the vehicle parked out front and ready to go! Kaz came with me for the test drive- he was friendly, informative and helpful but NOT PUSHY!!
We received a fair trade in value for my car and the buying process was smooth.

After several weeks of looking around for a new vehicle and going from dealership to dealership, I can honestly say that Bridgewater Acura is one of the best! As soon as you walk in, the customer service is top notch. The team there are professional and friendly from the service desk girl who helped me with the coffee machine to the car sales manager. I have to say that most dealerships make you feel like a piece of meat in a tank of sharks, but NOT here!! Scott Doyle was a sweet heart, true gentleman. He helped us find our vehicle hassle free and he was very informative. Thank you Scott!! Our negotiating process was simple and easy, Daniel Lasko was fair and took his time on us with the paperwork. I highly recommend Bridgewater Acura, a place you can feel like right at home.
