Good fast paced trails with rock gardens and roots. Another section is packed and flowy.
Great variety of trails for hiking, mountain biking and trail running - flat, rolling, hilly, rocky. Park is not big but you can knit together a 10 mile loop if you want. You'll have to cross a couple of roads to do it though.

The park is nice for a casual hike. However, they have been experiencing harmful level of algae this summer (2017) and the recommendation is to stay away from water.
For a smaller park, this one has both flats and hills, great trails, and beautiful views. The only drawback is limited parking, so come early on pretty days.
