Lovely place to visit. I found the staff, that I spoke to all very helpful and pleasant. The grounds were well maintained. It was helpful to have bicycles since there was so much area to cover. The best thing was visiting the Orchid Exhibit. I think it would be best to come back when more of the site is in bloom
I love running races here but the paved paths are beat and have become quite dangerous. The playground is okay but parts are under construction. I don't know what's going on with this place.
A park good for large groups who can enjoy multiple recreational activities. Park rangers are responsive and kind. It is clean and well maintained.
I like it here! Good place to jog, ride your bikes, have a little fun gathering with your normal group of friends, and eat lunch. One thing, though, is that cell service is only available at certain spots. But other than that, like I said, it's a perfect place to spend your time at.
My wife's family homes is a mile away in Raritan and this is the place that her entire family loves to visit. Open spaces for kid's to play, great paviliions, a nice trail for cycling/walking/running, and woods and water along the Raritan River.
