The manager needs to learn about customer service. After a negative experience failing to help me find something in the store, I witnessed him being told by an employee that a customer had left his credit card behind. The person at the register then said "there he is", pointing out the window. The manager said don't worry, he will come back when he realizes it. Probably, but I won't.
This store is great - the staff is wonderful and the place is very clean. I went in the other day and Fran helped me find everything I needed and was the most courteous to me. Will definelty shop there again and again and again....
