Excellent facility and outstanding service! The assistant store manager, Jordan, is wonderful and takes his time to talk you through all of your options and show you the units prior to renting them. Highly recommended!
This is my first time renting a storage space and I couldn't be happier. The store manager Lanette Riggins is amazing. She is friendly and very upfront about how the business is run. She took over half an hour walking us through the different options offered and made sure we felt welcome as we did the rental paperwork. I have been into the office a few times to get supplies and she is always there with a smile and even helped me find the perfect boxes/plate divider so my move would be easier. I also met her other employee, a tall African American man who's name I didn't catch. He was equally helpful and friendly. It is obvious she is doing her job very well and making sure he staff stay up to standard. We've only been renting for a month but it's been an amazing experience. Also, I love the amount of security and cameras around the property. It's very reassuring.
Service was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Jordan you were awesome, this guy treated us like family even thou we had just meant. There was nothing we could ask that he didn't know the answer to. Introduced himself, showed us the unit, and filled out the agreement electronically, all in about 10 mins. The next 10 mins was question and answer and that's where he really shined, very knowledgeable guy. Are unit was easy to get to and all and all very clean. I was pleased with the entire procedure of this transaction... Again thank you Jordan for helping us get one step closer to a speedy move.

I Love Extra Space Storage because up the cleanliness of the property for one. For two the service is superb. Last but not least I must say Rick Scott made a stressful situation easy breezy. Rick gave me several different options to accommodate the storage needs of me and my family. He also assured us that our belongings would be safe on the property and we could certainly stop in to check on them or bring more things if needed. I am confident that I am receiving excellent customer service that goes beyond his job description. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Bridgewater, NJ.
This location was the best spot to rent a storage unit. The manager was very pleasant knowledgeable and reasonable as far as pricing for the units. Very clean and convenient. If I ever have to rent storage again this will definitely be my location. The other staff was great as well.
