The other room, the "good room" had a damaged glass shower door and the glass was leaning dangerously in the shower area. They did fix this after our first night.
While one desk person and the fan assembler tried to be helpful, the other desk people were barely cordial. Well be staying elsewhere next year.
Have stayed here over r years in a row during a fall business trip. Until this year I would have always given the place a 5, but this year a 2. We had two suites reserved and the desk told is that we should all stay in 1 suite because the other suite had no air conditioner. That wasn't acceptable as we are coworkers not family, and being it's cool this time of year we decided to take the room without air. But the problem wasn't a lack of air, the problem was that the heat was stuck on. They turned off the heat and with the window removed, it doesn't open all the way, the room had cooled off by morning. They also sent a maintenance man with a fan, but he had just bought it and it had to be assembled. It was assembled by about 12:00 AM. The room also a problem with the door lock. I got a different room for the second night.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds too soft. Breakfast is nice, though not a lot of seating. We were kept up until 3am by partying wedding guests in the next room despite two calls to the front desk our first night. Subsequent nights were better.
Got a family suite. spacious layout. 2 separate bedrooms but suite smelled musky when we first arrived. Small kitchen area and 2 tvs. Completely adequate for accommodations in the area.
A home away from home..very clean can't wait to visit again
