DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They wait for the acetone to take the gel off my nails so they used a file and filed right through my actual nail. So painful! Then I asked for no polish because I didn't want it on my open skin, and they still tried and charged me full price for polish. My nails are ruined and look horrible.
Terrible....they over charged me, didn't even cut my nails after I asked them to multiple times, they shaped my nails unevenly, put one coat of paint on (no after coat) they also didn't add any lotion or hand massage...overall I feel like the Bridgewater mall needed a nail salon but I'm very disappointed in this one. The workers are very mean and make rude comments and totally ignore their customers...they should do what the customers ask (to cut their nails) but they don't even do that...they only do what works for them! I will never go here again.
This is the worst place ever. My daughter made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. She sat in the pedicure chair where they did her pedicure and manicure all at the same time. They charged her $29.00 for a pedicure that they didn't even give her the mint scrub and put one coat of polish and not even the color she chose. She asked for another coat of polish and they told her no. While getting her pedicure another person, called Ming came over and started to put the polish on her nails. She asked can you file them and do my cuticles and she said no they are good you don't need it. She went on to put nail polish on her bare nails, no base coat, no filing, no cleaning, no cuticles, nothing, just plain polish. My daughter asked again can you at least put another coat of polish and the response was no it's good. She got charged $25.00 for a manicure she didn't even get. She also waxed her lip and eyebrows and needless to say this was all done in less than 30 minutes. She started at 7:52 and was done by 8:19. My daughter was extremely upset after paying $70.00 and was ready to get home and remove all the polish off her toes and nails. After my daughter met me upstairs in the mall and I saw the horrible job they did and how upset my daughter was I went to the salon myself. Turns out Ming doesn't even have a license to work there. This place is horrible and seeing from other reviews on here they don't even care about their customers. I also belive that most of the people working there are not licensed. It's very upsetting that these people don't even speak English and yet try to take advantage of customers.
worst place ever. they took my gel nails off by sliding another fake nail under & i was in so much pain & the lady said "i have to!" . i personally study cosmetology & the correct way to remove acrylic nails is by soaking in acetone. i was in so much pain i walked out. however , my friend went and didnt have enough cash on her , was 9$ short . the lady wouldnt let her use her card because it was a minimum of 10$ . the place looks nice & is clean but the staff doesnt kbow english & are rude & do a horrible job.
A great place for nails! Prices are decent and the co-workers there are so nice!
