Worst service ever, worst attitude ever
Never had a problem here. Friendly staff. Quick service.
I've been trying to return an unopened package UPS sent to me I error. I first called the customer service number which advised me they would come pick it up. That never happened. I called again and the same deal. So I decided to go to this UPS store to sort it out and get this package for someone else out of my hair. The customer service rep here refused to help me and said it was my problem to figure out. All I was trying to do was get this package into the right recipients hands or back to the sender. Half of me wanted to leave the package on the counter and tell them to deal with it. I'm not only disappointed in this store but also in UPS as a whole. I've gone above and beyond in this situation...UPS has failed.
This store is great. Fast, efficient, friendly. They do all the work. What else can you ask for. Thank you!
