I called in a reservation for my girlfriends birthday, I arrived and was told it would be a 15 minute wait after 45 minutes I ask again how much long and I am told it will be another half hour a half hour passes and I'm told it will be another 15 minutes. I don't understand why an establishment would commit to a expectation that they can not meet. It is long after my reservation and instead of providing with realistic information so that I can adapt accordingly they lied to me repeatedly so that I would not leave. As far as the rest goes the place is a mess, the staff doesn't say excuses me they just shove through the sheep they keep waiting in the entrance, and the chicken was over cooked. Save your money and go somewhere that will provide you with adequate service as opposed to disrespect.
Seasons52 is part of the Olive garden, Bahama Breeze, and Longhorn steakhouse family of restaurants. The food comes as moderately sized proportions, but typically done very well. The wait staff is friendly and helpful with plenty of conversation. The atmosphere is quite lively. Good for families. I would not choose them for a romantic dinner as it's difficult to hear when everyone is talking. They serve lunch and dinner with good options for both.
Great place for a corporate lunch. Good wait staff. Prompt and timely, very accommodating to light customizations. Explained the menu very well. Dining area was acoustically well setup so you can hear everyone easily and have a nice round table conversation. Excellent dessert selection, the little cups are the perfect amount. Scallops and risotto was great, so were the duck wing lollipop starters. Would definitely go back again.
The dinner was good for my family except the lobster ravioli I had was extremely dry. Surprised there wasn't any sauce served in the plate. It would have made it perfect if there was a good amount of the sauce which you generally get with this meal. Bummer.
Had dinner there last night with another couple. Dinner was terribly rushed. There was barely a minute between courses including the opening of our bottle of wine. The food and service were fine but you scarcely had time to appreciate or enjoy it. I will not be returning there to say the least.
