they made the cake wrong/extremely poor and when I asked why, they said the woman who took down all the info 'didnt charge me enough'. I paid in full the same day I came in. I never received a call prior to coming in to pick up the cake. there was never any issues while I was in the store.
The filling I requested was not run of the mill, and they hit the ball out of the park. The cake was a huge success and I received many compliments! Even a few days later, the cake was still amazing, and to top it all off, the price was right.

Stopped by after work after hearing a new European bakery was in town and couldn’t be more happy with the items I purchased. The hazelnut cake is very delicious and is reminiscent of the Gaston ave hazelnut cake. Highly recommended. My return visits have confirmed that the apple sponge cake, napoleons, apple turnovers, cake balls and assorted breads are all excellent. This is now my favorite Bakery and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff and owner are extremely nice and helpful, and this bakery is a must visit for all in the area!

I came here to get my mothers 50th Birthday Cake. I sat down with the woman who works there and told her everything I wanted on the cake. When I came to pick the cake up on the day of my mothers party, the was COMPLETELY WRONG!
Delightful experience! I ordered a pie to be delivered. It was delivered hot and on time and was delicious. Looking forward to visiting the bakery when I am in the area!
There were blemishes all over the cake. There was even a hole in it from one of their mess ups! I had a casino themed cake and the playing cards on the front were so poorly made that the color was running down them! There was also a mysterious brown spot on one of the cards!
I had a cake made here for a special event this past February.
One of the poker chips they made was blank without the design, when I asked her about it, she said she 'didnt make enough'. Instead of fixing it for me and making another chip she took the blank chip off and moved another one on the cake to 'even it out'. She also told me it was done wrong because she didnt charge me enough. why wasn't I called??
This place has terrible customer service skills and cake making skills. they don't call you if they can't do the cake right, they just wing it. how could they give a customer a completely destroyed cake and feel confident about their work?
I was not refunded any amount at all and paid $250 for this horrible cake.
Amazing bakery. After trying their canolis today I'll be sure to go back for more (out of this world). I highly recommend Bridgewater Bakery!
