The slowest customer service ever. Apparently they open at 9:00am on Saturday, but if you call at 9:05 there's a 20-minute wait with hold music before you can actually speak with a representative. Then when they email you, you can't respond back because the mailbox is full. How is anyone getting help or their questions answered if no one is answering phones or emails? I'm technically not even a member yet (I'm waiting for bank funds to transfer) and already it's been a horrible experience.
FINANCIAL CREDIT RESOURCES are the worst to do business with especially when you are not working when you try your best go maintain your account they with hit you with Fees after you transfer funds, even if you are a value customer who been with them for years treat you like CRAP that is no way to DO BUSINESS I'M going to open my account with another bank who will treat me with respect.
Best customer service. Highly recommended this branch. I opened an account in the last week, Everybody was so helpful. Me & my wife became a member and they also gave us small present for becoming an member. I am not sure why other people gave 1 or 2 stars. I am working with a Mortgage loan officer for my new house, Person name Bill Panayote is the best person to deal with. All the team even senior underwriter also very helpful. They respond your emails and phone calls as fast as possible. They really work with the customer. I highly recommended to purchase the loan from this branch of Financial Resources FCU.
